Oscar Ulloa-Salgado is the CEO and founder of Dynamic Contractors, a premier provider of residential, commercial, and industrial contracting services nationwide. Oscar’s journey to entrepreneurship began with an early ambition to become a dentist, supported by a soccer scholarship at Patrick Henry Community College, where he also had aspirations of playing professionally. However, life took a different path, and family responsibilities led him to put his academic and athletic goals on hold. It was during this time that Oscar discovered his passion for the painting industry, a field where he would build both expertise and a successful career.

Oscar initially founded Salgado Painting Co., providing residential and subcontractor services to local painting companies. As his reputation grew and his experience expanded, he recognized the potential for a company that not only provided exceptional craftsmanship but also prioritized competitive pricing and unparalleled customer service. This vision led to the creation of Dynamic Masters Painting. What started as a small, specialized operation soon evolved into a full-service company, now known as Dynamic Contractors, offering a broad range of services to meet the needs of clients across the country.

Under Oscar’s leadership, Dynamic Contractors has flourished, becoming a trusted name in the industry and beyond. Oscar’s primary focus remains on delivering high-quality services while fostering strong relationships with clients and communities alike. Outside of work, Oscar is dedicated to his faith, family, and community. He enjoys playing soccer, Latin dancing, reading self-help books, and spending time with loved ones. Oscar’s vision is to not only grow Dynamic Contractors into one of the most respected companies in the nation but also to help those around him and make a lasting positive impact.
